IPD Individual Program Design

A personalised training program that's designed to help you achieve your goals. We will coach you through the step by step goal setting and personal assessment process to develop an entirely individualised workout plan. The outcome of this program will be six dynamic exercise programs that offer variety, progression, and target the exact formulation you need to reach your goals. The IPD takes place in a one-hour 1-on-1 session at The Exercise Room, and the programs will be sent to you via PDF for you to print or use of your phone when you hit the gym.
